Guest teachers include Jenny Gabriel and Jill Barker along with live music from Jeff Liffmann.  All levels are welcome, mats will not be provided.ABOUT THE ARTISTJeff Liffmann performs a blend of classic rock, acid jazz, dub reggae, electronica, funk and soul. Everything is created live when he performs.  His music directly responds to the energy in the room, invoking a spacious quality of movement and breath. Jeff is a graduate of the Berklee College of Music and has played for over 50 yoga classes and events across the country.  He was a featured artist at the famed Wanderlust Yoga Festival in Vermont, Colorado, California, Austin, British Columbia and Mont Tremblant.Click here to sample his musicABOUT THE TEACHERS Jill Barker This longtime local, logs over a dozen classes per week at the Old Town Hot Springs, Colorado Mountain College, The Home Ranch and Perry-Mansfield Performing Arts School and Camp.  Her obvious skills and contagious smile earned her the title of, “Best Yoga Teacher in the Boat” in 2012, according to the Steamboat Pilot and Today poll.Jenny  Gabriel A former Steamboat local and a yoga favorite, returns to Steamboat Springs for this special practice in the Strings Pavilion.  She has hosted many workshops in conjunction with Jill Barker and their collaborative energy makes an extremely rewarding practice.
